First Tracks combines outdoor leadership training with volunteer conservation programs for local youths.

First Tracks instructors teach local youths through hands-on lessons and guided daytrips. Participants enjoy an exciting and educational outdoor experience while developing leadership skills for life.

Our volunteer work provides critical organizing support and manpower to needed projects in our destination communities.During the monthlong program, participants also contribute to conservation projects in the region.

With new skills, First Tracks graduates are better equipped to handle new challenges. With conservation experience, they can better protect their natural environment.
